As an Admin user in Metro Link Plus, you have the ability to remove colleagues from Metro Link Plus/eSourcing who are no longer with the company.
Click on the down arrow next to your name at the top right corner and select ‘Portal Management’.
You will see a list with all the users that have access to your company via Metro Link Plus.
In the ‘Action’ column you will find an icon named ‘Delete User’ when you hover the mouse over it.
If you click ‘Delete user’ you will get a confirmation window and you need to click ‘Yes’ to really start the deletion.
ATTENTION: After deletion, the user will no longer be visible in ‘Portal Management’. However, they will still appear in ‘Supplier On-boarding’ for the next 30 days. This allows for the reversal of any accidental deletion requests. Please note that during this period, a new user with the same email address cannot be invited.
