Another option for semi-automatic upload is Excel Upload.
Steps to follow:
Step 1. Download your company specific template directly from PIER -> Excel Upload tab.
Step 2. The template already contains your product master data, means you will be able to select GLNs and GTINs from the drop down menu.
NOTE: All columns marked with "*" (asterisk) are mandatory.
IMPORTANT: "Country of Birth" should be indicated as 2 letters code. Otherwise upload will fail.
Step 3. As soon as traceability information is filled out, you can save the file and upload it using specific field "Select File" -> click on "Choose file" and select file -> "Upload"
Step 4. If file is successfully uploaded, you will see a message showing the status. Click on "Submit".
If submission is successful you will see a message like in the screenshot below.
NOTE: If there is a mistake in the file (e.g. country indicated in full, not as 2 letters code) you will see the message with status "FAILED" and error details, as on te screenshot below.
You can click on "Back" button, delete failed attempt, correct the mistake from the file if applicable and retry.
Step 5. You can check new created event on "History" tab
