Three Supplier Admins can be registered for each company in Metro Link Plus. Any Supplier Admin can invite other colleagues from their company as Regular Users. This can be done by sending email invitations directly from Metro Link Plus. Each invitation is valid for 5 days (120 hours).

In case the invited person did not go through the Registration process during the 5-day timeframe, the Supplier Admin can resend the invitation directly from Metro Link Plus.

The steps to do so are the following:

1. Log in into Metro Link Plus.


2. Go to the Applications section and click on the Supplier On-boarding icon.


 

3. The Search Invites is displayed. Use the search options to find the invitation that you are interested in - search by email address. Don’t forget to select the correct Country/Listing system.

 

 

4. If an invitation has been sent, it will be displayed together with its current status: Sent or Expired.

If it is Sent, the invited person can still complete the registration.

If it is Expired, you can either resend the invitation or cancel it.

 

To resend the invitation, click on the Arrow icon.

 


 

To cancel the invitation, click on  the X button.


After resending the invitation, the status will change to Sent and only the option to Expire/Cancel it will remain available.
