1. Go to 'Edit Supplier'
2. Click on 'Next' until you are at step 4 "Add Contacts"
3. Now you can add a contact by clicking on the 'Add Contact' button
4. You can now add the Emergency contact from your company by selecting the corresponding 'Supplier Contact Role' and fill the other mandatory fields
5. At the end save the entry with click on 'Save' within the add contact section. A contact can be saved as general contact or for a site if you select a 'Site' entry.
