When you created your XML file and you are in PIER, follow the next steps to upload your XML:
1. Choose File upload option from the Menu.
2. Choose Files ensuring that you have a new generated XML and not XLS.
3. Click on Upload.
4. When you upload, you will receive a "green" confirmation message on top.
5. Afterwards Check the box of the file you are going to upload.
6. Click on Send.
7. You will receive a confirmation that your file was submitted.
