Accessing Your Auction
Once logged in you will be redirected to the eSourcing home page.
On this page, you will find a list of projects and auctions you have been invited to participate in.
To access a specific Auction, please click on “General Data.”
In addition to accessing auctions via the “General Data” section, you can also find your invitations by:
- Clicking on “Menu” and navigating to “Auctions” → “Auction List”
- Or by selecting “Auction List” located at the bottom of your screen
Once you locate the auction, click on the grey folder with the “+” symbol to open and view its details.
3. Accept the General Conditions
To participate in the auction, you must first accept the General Conditions.
- Download and open all documents labeled as GC. If there is more than one document or a ZIP file containing multiple documents, it is mandatory to download, open, and review each file.
- Select all document lines (Step 2).
- Tick the checkbox “I have read the participation conditions” (Step 3).
- Click “Accept” (Step 4).
Important: Please read all documents carefully. Once confirmed, the documents are considered legally signed and do not require manual signatures. After accepting the conditions, you will be able to participate in the auction. If you disagree with the content of any document, please contact the buyer immediately.
After accepting the General Conditions, you will gain access to several key tabs within the project. In Auction Data - Auction settings you can see the Auction Type.
