How to check your NET Performance - Supplier level


In the Performance section of SCOT, you can check your Net performance (On time and In Full deliveries) at supplier number level, for a specific period of time. You can select one month, a few months, one year or even several years to have a bigger picture of how you performed in terms of deliveries to Metro.


You also have a breakdown of root causes for problematic deliveries by their top tier category: Supplier, Metro, Commercial, Force Majeure. Applied Tolerance is also shown in case it applies.


Compared to the Business Overview section on the Home page, which shows historical data starting with October 2022, in Performance you can go way back and check all data available in Metro systems.


To check your performance, select the desired supplier number from the drop-down (in case your company is registered with several supplier numbers with Metro), select the targeted period (From Date - To Date) and click on Search. You can also narrow down the results by using the two filters available: Filter by Store and Filter by Flow Type. After selecting the needed filters, once you click on search, a pie chart will appear with a broad overview of RCA. You can click on the Pie Chart to drill-down for its respective root causes.




Types of Flow Types


There are currently three Flow Types. If you need to check Failed Order Lines or your Performance by flow type, SCOT offers you this possibility by providing Flow Type search filter under the RCA and Performance sections.


0 - PAXD & DSD = Pre-Allocated Cross Docking & Direct Store Delivery (Non-consolidated orders)

  • Direct Store Delivery refers to orders which you deliver directly to the store (platform not involved).
  • PAXD is similar to DSD, because you receive orders for each separate store (non-consolidated), BUT deliver them to the platform.


1 - BBXD = Break-Bulk Cross Docking (Consolidated orders)

  • You deliver the total order to platform. At platform, orders are sorted and prepared for each separate store (Metro's responsibility).


2 - CS = Central Stock

  • Central Stock refers to an optimal inventory stored in a warehouse for a longer period and from which orders are shipped to stores in a large area.



What is Unassigned RCA


Unassigned RCA make reference to the FOLs which do not have any of the RCA 1, RCA 2 or RCA 3 assigned.

If you have unassigned RCA, you must search in the RCA tab using the filters below and the assign your RCA2.



How to download or print the Pie chart data


To download or print Pie chart data just go to the "burger" button and choose the option that suits you from the drop down menu: Print Pie Chart, Download Pie Chart PDF or Download Pie Chart Image.
